Arriva Italia provides, at the same time as the journey purchased, the accessory passenger transport service from the location chosen by the customer to the departure stop of the journey. The chosen location must be within the territory of the Valle d’Aosta Region. The passenger (s) must be available at the chosen location 1 (one) hour before the departure of the purchased trip. When purchasing the service, the customer must accurately fill in the address details and their telephone number, complete with international prefix.
The purchase of the accessory service can be made at least 24 hours before scheduled departure, on long-distance services to Milano Malpensa Airport, Milano Lampugnano and Torino.
Any cancellation of the service can be carried out up to 48 hours before the departure of the trip and the refund will be paid minus 30% for administrative costs.
